Need a Wordpress Developer to Edit Theme/Pages

I need a Wordpress Developer to Edit a wordpress theme for me. Basically, what I need are 3 pages needed to be tweaked/edited through design & code. You either edit the three pre-existing templates pages from a theme, or create new template pages from editing the old ones to fulfill the changes.
The project winner will be working for us on the website for long-term, so you are looking at a lot of freelance work here., and that's the purpose of this project is.
I will discuss more details with the qualified bidders only. And,.this project is based on a NDA, hence you are not allowed to talk about it or include it in your portfolio.
