I need a programmer to build be a review funnel for local businesses. I very specifically need someone who knows how to create a refferer so that google and yelp will let the review stick

project is pretty simple except for one part that I'll go over. I'll even walk you through the process so you know exactly what I'm looking for. 1st I find a potential client and sit down with them to discuss a review system to increase google, yelp and other 3rd part review sites reviews. To be abudantly clear I am not asking for a review gate. The app will be designed to refer out to the chosen 3rd party site regardless if it's 1 or 2 stars. I need to be able to plug this in easily to any domain I want. I need the to be able to edit this first page asking for the review, specifically with the businesses shop as a picture and possibly their logo at the top of the site. From here I need a button that says tell us about your experience or something along the lines of that. Once that is clicked I need it to take the customer to a second page that says, "tell us about yourself. Here they will enter their name as well as their email address. I need this page to have a terms and agreements checkbox with a button that allows them to open the terms and conditions before checking it. I need the Terms and conditions box to either open a new tab or be a pop up so that it doesnt take away from the original page where they left off. I will add the legal text later. From there I need it to bring them to a simple page with 5 stars that are clickable. I need a customizeable review icon below each star with the logo of whoever the business owner wants to direct the reviews to. I need this to be able to be changed quickly and easily. So for example if one month the customer wants to get more yelp reviews and the next more google reviews I need to be able to simply change out the reffer from yelp to google for that second month. And I need the app to be able to emulate a mobile refferer specifically so that the reviews will stick. To be abundantly clear I'm not looking for a review gate. I'm looking for a fair review tool that will also give my clients the potential to build an email list but I need it to make the reviews stick once they actually are refffered out. Also I need the reffer to happen when they click the star. Here's how I envision it. Customer lands on the star page. They click one of the 5 stars. A little icon appears under the star they chose and immedeatly after this they will get referred specifically to google or yelp to the review page directly to leave a review. It is my understanding that as long as we are not doing review gating that this isn't against googles TOS. I will also educate the client on googles TOS and make sure that they understand that they can't unfair just choose who they ask to review their business in hopes of only getting positive reviews.
