Need PHP Developer available now

I need two things done: First i need pages developed that will send push notifications to android and ios device apps that we developed. -Push notification console must look like the existing theme of the admin portal for our site --Ability to schedule a notification as recurring (ex:every thursday at 5pm) --Ability to send push notification right now --Geofencing notifications (when a user comes into a specific area, they get alert) ---This will be a google like map that i can draw a perimeter of where the geofence is ---Will need to support multiple geofences at the same time, and i need the ability to add more, delete, set to auto delete at certain time, etc. -Need branded login page created as well (for the whole admin section, aproximately 6 pages) Second i have a page that isnt displaying data from database, so i need that page data source fixed so it displays the correct data. All source code will need to be clean, and non repetitive, will need to perform with the highest standards, and all code must be commented to indicate what each task is being performed. You can use java, and other technologies as long as it doesnt require any server side com installations because they are prohibited by our Windows 2016 server host. All payment will be released at the same time upon deliverable and thorough testing of functionality and the project is 100% complete. No payment will be released before then.
