((o)) I need a horizontal scroll that scrolls into multiple backgrounds. -- 2

See words you type in column 1 may end up down the line in column 23. all words over flow to the columns they are beside of. So if i type alot in column 1 then the words start to flow into column 2, everything starts shifting to the right. so if i type a bunch in column 1 then eventually the previous content in column 1 is going to make its way through all the columns , and could end up in coulmn 23 if i keep typing alot in column 1. Each background image has 3 columns, and you can scroll through all backgrounds horizontally. I need a horizontal scroll feature that scrolls at a slow speed automatically or can be scrolled manually by choice of user. ontop of background images will be 3 columns of txt. Admin can add text to first background image, however when first background image gets full of txt, meaning all 3 columns get full, then its txt gets pushed to the next background image,. or say column 4. As admin types in column 1 and that column gets full then it will over flow into column 2 , etc. Can you do this? What will you build it in? i need to update content on daily basis, and what do you suggest to build in? I need this done with in 24 hours. understand?? Please see attached file. tell me what you will build it in, php? codeigniter? bootstrap? I need to be able to update daily so need a way to update text often and update background images.
