Need an Experienced & Expert Yii Developer to Fix Bugs and Finish Development of Website - 1

I have a Yii website that is almost finished with development. I'm looking for a team of smart and experienced developers with the following qualities: Don't have a problem with complex coding, professional, pay attention to details and check & fix their work before passing it off as completed. I need for these tasks to be completed correctly as soon as possible. Please try not to take longer than a week for each set of requirements. The first set of requirements may take longer, because that is the most challenging set of requirements. ------------------------------- I need someone that strives to complete their work with quality. Slackers will not be tolerated. Give the price for each folder's set of work. I will create a total of six milestones. As each folder's work is fully completed, I will release the milestone. I need for you to upload your completed code from your local server to the website's live server on a daily basis as it's completed. After all of your work is completed, you will be required to launch the website, take everything out of development/production mode and adjust the settings for a live website. ------------------------------- Please don't bid on this project if you have not read the requirements or don't have the skills necessary to do this quickly and completely. Below are the details of the requirements you must meet or agree with: 1. Please thoroughly go through each of the requirements to make sure you have the skills capable of performing those tasks. Some of the tasks are complex. 2. Please put your most experienced devlopers on this project. I need this work completed correctly and on time. 3. I need Yii developers who are able to fully complete the attached work and test their own code before reporting that something has been fixed. I've had far too many developers in the past on various other projects who don't check behind their work. I can't tolerate this anymore. 4. Comment your code so I know what functions does what. 5. Before starting work on a file, make sure your local server has the most recently updated file that is on the website's live server. 6. So that I know you've actually read these requirements, please include the letters "WS" in your bid proposal. 7. As each set of requirements are completed for each folder, I will release the milestone for that set of work. No advanced payments will be made -- I had too many bad experiences in the past with this. 8. The folders will need to be completed in order of Set of Requirements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. I will release the milestones in that order. 9. Must speak English fluently. 10. Must be an expert with Yii framework for web development.
