The requirement is to develop a moodle plugin that basically satisfies the following criteria: 1. Show thumbnails for course-related video on youtube - youtube video may be added to the course manually by the admin (or instructor) - suggest related youtube videos so that admin can select which one to display in the course dashboard 2. Ability to rate(start) the linked youtube video in terms of content quality 3. Additional related feature may be implemented but not necessary. Additional Requirements: 1. Plugin must work in the latest stable version of Moodle 2. Plugin must not be theme dependent but it is ok to use a professional theme. 3. Full documentation of the plugin 4. Task/Issue management via private github
