Migrate a static html website to Wordpress and add a php script to it

I'm looking for someone to migrate a static html5 theme from colorlib to Wordpress, and implement a php script I have to buy additionally. Basically, this script will allow users on the website to sign up, and buy content of my website. The script UI is terrible, so I need you to take the website off colorlib and integrate the script in there. A blog post may be only bought 1x off the site, afterwards It'll have to show ''sold'', but you still can see the title and first 3 lines, but it should not be purchasable anymore after someone bought it. Also, user registration for users to sign up/login. They will receive a free trial of 1 blogpost, which will be delivered to their E-mail Adress as a download link.
