Listing InfoJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for helping set the direction for the development team by applying best practices in system design, architecture and development in Microsoft Technologies. The individual will be responsible for initiating, formulating and implementing development guidelines that will help reduce the number of customer project related issues or surprises that occurred as a result of customer project [login to view URL] individual will work closely with each developer to help them plan, organize and implement well establish coding guidelines, test plans as well as back out plans if necessary for each customer project. This individual will help eliminate as much as possible the element of surprise during the implementation of customer projects and he/she will establish well defined programs and/or systems that will reduce the amount of problems that occurred during the final implementation stages of a customer project. Moreover, this individual will possess excellent trouble shooting abilities and he/she will play a key role in the initial stages of every project definition. The overall success of the position will be defined by a structured development life cycle that results in the delivery of quality application solutions to our clients.
