Magento Updates:

Magento Framework Upgrade - The latest actively supported versions of Magento Open Source

are 1.9.3 for 1X Community edition.

 Hosting Upgrade – Client will need to buy Magento Compatible Hosting services, Sterco will help

him to get it configured there.

 Design Upgrade – There are lot of changes required to define clear CALL to ACTION and OK Play

- Information page.

 Mega Menu – We will create MEGA Menu so that user navigation will be easy.

 Search – Search should be more refine and selective as per the user interests.

 Cart Issues – Need to correct one page checkout

 Social Logins – Need to fix this with new extension

 Functional Check and Fixes – We need to explore all functionality and fix wherever changes

required. For example – Cart page, Wish List, Mini Cart, Modal Window

 Landing Page – On page optimization to support SEO Activities.

 Customer Group Creation – To make school wise LOGIN to facilitate offers/discounts

 Shipping – Need to fix issues and allocate distributor depending on delivery address.

 Discount and Offers: Need to implement RULE to decide on Offers and Discount.

 CRM Integration – This can be decided on later stage on which we need to integrate. This effort

will be update when it comes to us.

 Framework Bug-fixing

 Content/ News Updating

 Product Information Updates

 Minor Page Information and Structure updates

 Mobile Friendly website compatibility check

 User Experience and SEO Updates (SEO Updates includes on page – structural changes)
