I am looking for NODE, GSAP, Website with Animation Builder

We have an existing system in place that allows a user to select background, and a couple of images, along with some text fields, this then creates a templated animation We require someone to rebuild this in Node, It must have the ability to add new templates It must be able to render the final output of the template at 1080 x 1920 .mp4 at 30fps, the current average size it produces is 350 frames, it also must keep the resolution of the images We currently use greensock for the animations, we are open to other options, the animations basically consist of movement or fades We are open to suggestions and discussion of the price To the right person we will show the existing example of what we do The current system uses php and mysql to read from a database to provide appropriate images for the template, we would like to keep this in place You will need to be able to do this work quickly and be fluent in english please I look forward to your proposals
