LONG TERM PROGRAMMER for Mobile App. React Native for IOS and Android and PHP admin panel.

NOTE: We are looking for a programmer who will be working with us in the long term as we have 15 more update jobs over 6 months ahead. So we are looking for a budget friendly programmer.
NOTE: These updates (or a minimal usable set of similar features that will enable old device users still use the app) should also work at older devices that run IOS 5 and Android 4.
1- Addition of select multiple photos and videos (batch operation) and delete in the php admin panel gallery.
2- Addition of select multiple photos and videos (batch operation) and approve or delete in the php admin panel approval pending page
3- A new button that will add videos only in the admin panel gallery
4- Remove "All photos/videos" button and add two buttons "All Photos" and "All Videos" in the admin panel gallery page
5- In the admin panel gallery add a text box to search trough photos and videos based on keywords, add an option to search between given 2 dates, add an option to search according to who uploaded the photo or video.
6- Add a section that shows to the general manager the deleted photos by the teacher. (the photos are not really deleted but hidden) this section should show the date on which that particular photo was deleted.
Mobile Application (Teacher role)
The photo and video gallery is to be coded from scratch, all new code.
1- The listing page will list the albüm items on the basis of dates. When clicked on the photo thumbnail, the big photo will appear and then swiping the photo to left or right will Show the previous or next photos
2- Option to add photos or videos. The simultaneous uploads of photos will be limited to 30 photos. The video limit will be 1 minute or approximate equal of megabytes and only one video will be uploaded at the same time (no batch video uploads)
3- When adding a photo there will be the choices of a-the photo b-the title c-the class d-the student
