Joomla Developer for custom development

We have a website under construction, which is built in Joomla, we need a developer (or two) who can work on it fulltime, and its an hourly billed task. We need someone who can put ~50 hrs a week. We shall manage the project via JIRA and divide the tasks in smaller modules.
We are looking for someone who can put good amount of efforts, and somewhat knows joomla to some extent, doesn't have to be a pro. Project will be Version Controlled. Should be able to stick to the delivery schedule. Most of our website will be built in jQuery so you need to be good in jQuery.
I need someone who can work on a US West coast timezone or atleast have 4-5 hours of overlap as I shall be communicating during 1PM to 6PM PST.
