IPTV XMLTV Customised App

We are looking for a new IPTV App development. Currently we have an App working fine but this has a few bugs and we would like to add a TV guide (XMLTV). Looking for a brand new app to be developed that will work using the following. 1. When user open app for the first time it needs to prompt for a USERNAME & PASSWORD, Once the end user enters this they can be saved in a settings tab at the top so can always be edited at a later date. 2. Also when the app opens it needs to download a set of bouquet files from http://URL GIVEN LATER, in this folder online will be loads of different files called [login to view URL] and each will have a different number. These are the categories so 01 could be the Entertainment category and 02 could be Documentaries etc. Each file has a name at the top so when the download has finished the app needs to show a list of these Categories. The user can then scroll down and select which category they want. 3. When a category has been selected all the individual files inside that particualr file needs to be displayed as channel names and show a TV guide. Please use this core app as an example ([login to view URL]) 4. In the category files each channel URL is similar to this http://URL:25461/live/USERNAME/PASSWORD/[login to view URL], Note the 1 at the end is different for each channel. Where it says USERNAME & PASSWORD these need to be replaced each time the user selects a channel with the USERNAME & PASSWORD that each user enters at the startup of the app 5. When a channel is selected eith it's own integrated player can stream the channel or is can open in something like VLC.
