I need to have an inventory software (fora small company ) where i can add the items description, codes, etc...and then use the same codes or check boxes to ad the items to make quotations. and if the item is sold then the items sold will be automatically deducted from the stock, and of course if new items are added ... i can edit and update the inventory...The reports must be there... I have no problem in utilizing any existing software if it fulfills our need. The site will be hosted and it has to be a multi user.
