Hi I have experience configuring hosting servers on FreeBSD, Centos and Ubuntu. Your task is not so hard i think. What operating system do you want to use for this? And why do you want to configure it via teamviewer. It's not confortable to configure server via teamviever, because it need a constant hours when you can turn on teamviewer and be online. I prefer to do configuration via ssh with flexible time it more quick and comfortable.
