Forward Emails to Telegram Group

I need to forward the emails received from a specific sender to a Telegram group. I only want the body of the email forwarded and nothing else. I started on this project myself by creating a bot and have the token and chat ids. Please read below before bidding: I understand that this project may require root access to my web host and I do not have root access since it's a shared hosting plan. More specifically, the tutorial that I followed required setting up [login to view URL] on my web host which I couldn't do. However, I have read that it's possible to setup composer without root access. So if that's the route you're taking to complete this project, please be aware of this fact before bidding.
