FOREX rollover financing calculations in php

I want this project done VERY soon. I'm having a hard time with the math to calculate FOREX financing. I'm trying to use the information provided by my broker, OANDA (Shown below, but my results don't add up because their information is very vague). I will provide a simple php of 353 lines (including comments and example data). The actual code in question is around 100 lines. However, you may need to have access to current Forex data in order to check your results, unless you are very confidant that you know how to do these calculations. If you can't obtain currency Forex data, then I will work with you by plugging in the current data on my end to check your results.
