Fix queue and some bugs in video processing scripts and clean it up

We run some video processes on our website for assembling short clips into one clip and injecting some text using ffmpeg. This all works fine but there is a problem with the queuing, this needs to be fixed. We need the queue because if multiple processes run at the same time, the server gets overloaded, so the video processes need to run one at a time. Each process is picked up from a table in our database and triggered by member activity. Sometimes this stalls so a backup trigger by a cron job needs to be added. All data for the video process is fetched from the database. The current scripts needs to be cleaned up because multiple people worked on it and some small bugs need to be fixed. I also add current scripts to this project in a zip file. I am looking for someone who is experienced and knows what he's doing. Requirements: you test your own work before you hand it over to me. Once I test your work I except it to work and run into small bugs at the most. You work independently and you stick with everything you promise. You deliver the final work within 3 days maximum.
