Fix an ioncube error at a website resulting because of a wrong php setting

I have the problem that an error occures at my website edv-cad.de. The error occures exactly at "[login to view URL]": Site error: the file /homepages/10/d118456930/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-leads-builder-any-crm-pro____/includes/[login to view URL] requires the ionCube PHP Loader [login to view URL] to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation. The reason is probably a softwareupdate of the provider 1and1 (actualizing of the OS at Shared Hosting Linux Servers). Besides there are a few smaller issues: If you go to "[login to view URL]" it is not possible to click at an entry of the menus. As soon as you click for example to the menu FILME -> GALERIE, the entry "GALERIE" disappears as soon as you move the mouse cursor from "FILME". This could be a CSS issue. Besides I have the problem at the mobile site [login to view URL] If you go to the site by smartphone, there is a sitelist with all sites of the website at the end of the site. This is not very clear ... Besides I like this site more clear with only one column, a bigger font size, smaller images ...
