Expert needed for an ongoing project based on Nette, SQLLite, PHP, Linux

I'm just looking for someone to finish ongoing PHP project as the current developer just left. The project is: The web interface for configuration of the video streaming device. The web runs on embedded ARM with custom linux build. Everything must be done localy because the device will have no acces to the internet mostly. The ongoing work is done for php 7.1, Nette 2.4 and sqlite. Communication with the device is done through driver which is written for sysfs because of the simple php access. (the driver is not part of the web) We currently have some preliminary working version, which needs to be debugged and more features needs to be added. It is just plain PHP on Nette framework with sqlite database, as this is embedded web in a device no additional libraries are possible. I can see how it looks like if I can share something but at this point just brief overview if you can potentially work on this. Only agree if you are familiar with Nette framework plain php and sqllite.
