Expert Developer / Analyst: Location-based Price Comparison Platform with Marketplace functions Project

hi, I'm a computer engineer who is starting up a website that helps retailers to market their products

and sell it online based on their location.

I currently have a marketplace script that has all the location-based marketplace functionality.

I need someone with experience who can help and consultant in making the script ready for expanding to new functionality such as the price comparison and other functionalities. and then standing by to help in the development process. I'm thinking currently to create an ER Diagram for the script. I was not able to do that with MySQL Workbench. I get the tables but not the relations.

the script is written in php and is a bit large around 150Mb. please contact me so we can talk about the details. thank you.
