eBay - Match existing listings to eBay Catalog

I'm looking for a custom created script for eBay. It will need to use the eBay API to revise or end items based on if the item exists in the eBay Catalog.
Workflow:
1) Upload csv with item numbers
2) Each item number is evaluated one at a time
3) Get UPC/EAN/MPN from listing
4) Query eBay Catalog API
5) If item exists in catalog, revise item to match catalog
6) If not exists in catalog, revise item and then delete
