Dropshipping Scraper

Hello, I need a small web scraper for dropshipping. I need the scraper to work with two websites. It must do the following: 1) Scrape the data of item (description, name/title, price, pictures and anything else meta/seo on the page) 2) It must then compile that information into a pre-designed html template 3) Allow me to edit the price field of the item (manually, or by setting a % markup automatically) 4) It will then post the items to eBay 5) It must have a list feature - where I can store webscrap URL's into a .txt list and the scraper will then do those items
