Development on CodeIgniter website/crm/ecommerce/backend

I have a website and backend built on Codeigniter + Ion_Auth, with static frontend templates for design. I need a developer who is experienced with CI/PHP/MySQL/JS/AJAX etc who can continue developing the different functions.
We are going for a lightweight custom ecommerce/crm solution that has to be specifically tailored to our needs. A lot of the groundwork is already done, but we need some things done:
Customer side:
User login
Shopping cart
Product views/pages
Product customization
Checkout
Basic client area
Admin side:
Overviews
Leads/customers administration
- Customer profiles, information and notes
Product administration
Orders and shipments
For frontend design we have the "Richman" template for the website, and "Limitless" template for the admin interface. Both can be found on themeforest. Since much of the design work is done, much of the work needed here is oriented around database layout, CRUD, implementing functions into the design and general tinkering with access control, making things smooth etc. We will have frequent communication throughout the project to go over what needs to be done, presenting solutions as well as implementing them.
The work done here will NOT be the end of this project. We want to continuously develop and add more features and functions to this system, so it is IMPORTANT that everything is coded beautifully, with clearly defined elements and functions and thorough commenting and documentation for the code. If we are able to communicate and work well together, and we are happy with the results, we would like to continue using you for further development.
It is a requirement that you can communicate FLUENTLY in English and/or Norwegian. The system will be in Norwegian, but we will handle translations if you do not speak Norwegian. We do not want to waste time on poor communication. We will discuss time frames and compensation before starting the work.
