Developing Internal audit and consulting web based system and mobile applications Objective: Facilitate delivering consulting and internal audit services. The system will enable the client to select project team, setup project milestone and monitor progress, receive report and pay for the service. Parties: - System Admin team – They will manage the system and set privilege and resolve issues - Freelancers and service providers – People who have the experience and knowledge to deliver the work - Clients – People who are looking to hire expert persons to do the job. Functions: - Back end page to manage the system by administrators and managing users accounts - Freelancers and service providers will upload and enter their profiles, experience and previous credentials - Clients to enter their audit and consulting needs, timeline, durations, budget for fees, - Freelancer will send bids or system will give quote based on hours and charge rate per hours. - Clients to uploads data and work - Freelancer and service provider will prepare plan, complete the work and send deliverables - Clients will have folder to save files delivered by freelancer or service providers - Chats screen and video calls for communications between clients and freelancers or service providers - Invoice to be generated upon accepting job - Dashboard for the client to see the result of his work. - Section for registering for training, buying books or materials - Sections for registering for training - E-Learning section - Clients will provide rating s and feedback for the service providers All screens are required in arabic and english languages
