Developer For App and Website needed for Creating Custom Ads

We need an app developer/website developer, both front end and backend. We have a great designer that works very well with others. We want a team to complete the work in a timely manner. What we need is the completion of an IOS app and a website. Developer Requirements Needed: App: Swift ( min version 3, current is 4 ), CocaoPods knowledge ( as optional ). Web: PHP, Html, JS, Bootstrap framework knowledge. There have been some bugs found that need to be worked out. This is a complex app that will require at least 20 hours per person per week, if not more, and can take 2 or more months for completion. There are 2 parts. Website itself and API (this is where iOS app connect to server). Both parts are use same language PHP and all system based on Bootstrap framework. Website part also use also HTML and JavaScript languages. Better to have a developer that is familiar with Bootstrap framework, it will be much easier for them to start work and be more effective. All necessary files for web development are present on server . We had the entire project audited to insure it was correct and there are corrections needed. Our developer unfortunately had to leave his country due to his mother being ill. This is a cannabis savings card app/site. Complex with coupons/deals/discounts. It allows the person to use the coupon and get points to accrue to get free stuff in our virtual store. We are happy to show you the app/vendor side if this is something you would be excited about doing. We need a person who is a hard worker, who works quickly and is able to be creative, and is easy and pleasant to work with. We would like to see some samples of your work included in a message and also have you answer more questions so we can compare candidates. Potential candidates may have to submit some coding so our auditors can review the effectiveness of the current work.
