Develop & design a Vehicle Offer to Purchase functionality in an exisitng laravel backend

THIS IS A LARAVEL PROJECT We need an Offer to Purchase system for vehicle that we are selling. We have a current admin backend where we need to integrate this new development into. The basic flow of the system will be: 1. We receive a web form enquiry from a client through our website on a specific vehicle 2. The leads and enquiry is then pushed to our admin backend system and flagged as a new leads with the vehicle ID etc. where the web form was completed on. 3. Our admin staff is then notified that a new lead have been received in the admin panel 4. Our sales staff then log into the admin panel and contact the client with an introduction to our company, at this stage the lead is in “NEW LEAD” status. 5. We then need to generate a OTP for the client (see attached sample) – once the sales person prepared and generated the OTP it must be email to the client from the back-end system, and automatically change the lead to “OTP SENT”, the following functionality must be developed for this feature: • Log user details whom have sent/created the OTP • If an OTP have been amended record the details and save previous versions of a OTP • A User must be able to view on just his OTP that have been sent in a certain date range • The OTP must be available in a printable version • Once the OTP have been sent via email in the backend the client must receive a SMS message that we have sent the OTP to him • The email that the client receive must contain the OTP in PDF format (professional document) as well as a link to view the OTP in HTML format. • The status of the lead must automatically change to “OTP SENT” • Admin users must be able to pull report on OTP that were sent by users in date range, filter by user etc. • The OTP must pull the client data from the lead form and also pull the vehicle description from our website. • All OTP data must be stored in a DB and must be exportable in Excel/CSV format • The must be certain user access/right for user, example, who can amend/edit/delete an OTP.
