Design a software for stock control and ordering

Looking for someone with a skill set to design a program/app that can be run off a Ipad or Tablet for staff to use. It is for food and beverage, dry stock and kitchen supplies and orders. The system will have categories. 1. Stock Take. So we can count all stock and enter into the program. (This will be cross referenced with orders and waste information entered so any discrepancies can be identified for theft etc) 2. Daily Orders. This is where we enter in what orders have been placed each day 3. Waste. Any items needed to be thrown out or wasted. 4.. Deliveries. This is where we enter in any goods received from suppliers to add into the system. [login to view URL] Storage. A list of all dry stock. 6. An alarm system that notifies when stock items get to a certain level. So would need to be able to manually enter in customised levels for each item and the system alarms us when an order needs to be placed to top off each stock item. 7. Daily order preparation list. The system will give each item the option to be put onto this list based on management. So every stock item that goes into the program you can tick a box to say whether it will go onto the daily prep list. Example. All hot foods will go onto the list so we know how much to take out for cooking to complete orders each day. Sandwiches and rolls will go on the list. Drinks etc. This will give us a complete list of what needs cooking and what needs to be taken out of the fridges If you can link this with the online orders received from the website so we only have to enter in the hand written orders each day that would be great. If you can enter into a management section only via password, stock options for stock factor (what each item costs to buy) stock resale, quanitity, staff labour, outgoing costs etc so it can also be used as a financial tool. Open to your ideas. Just need something quick and easy for staff to use so we can control stock and see what is ordered each day. And what we need to order in to replenish stock
