Customize a ready project, fix errors and add some features

Hi I have a ready platform fully created from scratch, It's mainly custom code using some symfony components the list of those components are attached, i am looking to fix the following issue: There things required to be fixed: 1-dispenser portal : find address drop down search not working 2-when an amendment is sent from the dispenser to the precriber, dr need to be notified for an amendment .. this would need a pop up notification and email 3-email that patient received like from address to be from info email 4-pricing amendments Next day- £14.95 2-3 days- £8.95 5-paylink delivery address .. this needs a search drop down in case the patient puts in the wrong postcode 6-the patient payment confirmation needs to say the expected delivery date on 7-on the patient payment page, once they select delivery option there should be a pop up (once payment is made, medication cannot be returned or refunded and accept button) 8-on prescriber portal top left hand side ‘karepack’ name needs to be removed and replaced by prescriber escript portal 9-dispenser portal, pending payment, ‘resend notification’ this button says error 10-error when confirming prescription 11-allergies is a compulsory field like must be filled to be completed by the prescriber.. needs to drop down with ‘No Known Allergies’ or an option to type 12-re issue option on prescribed portal ‘history’ ‘re-issue’ escript button has error .. does not load
