We have a bakery and we take online orders for future dates, anywhere from tomorrow unto 3 months time. Square POS does not have the reporting we need. What we are after is either an external dashboard to be created or a square app to load onto the marketplace. What we need? 1. Ability to pick dates into the future for seeing 'Online Orders' 2. To show a report for the date chosen above which will show totals of products needed for the day's orders that are being fulfilled. ie 30 croissants, 25 baguettes, 15 Sourdughs (This so we can print off a list to hand to the bakers) 3. Most of our sold baked goods have variants, so we would need a list to show for example "Sourdough" then small, medium, large with the amount ordered next to each variant 3. If orders are placed after 4PM today we don't want the pastries or baked goods ordered showing on Tomorrows report. We have a cutoff time to allow our bakers to get everything ready.

I have done an initial assessment and the api document shows that Square API has the relevant timestamp for order pick up and creation to be able to write this report. My assumption is that the data will be output into a Google Sheet for each day. To be able to allow you to select dates to trigger the program a simple for will be provided for you to select that date range - start and end date. Assess to test data will be important. My assessment is that this will be made available by you on the sandbox or read from the live system. All required access credentials will have to be provided. Please note that Sqaure has a limit of 500 orders using the Order Search API. Given the above, my initial assessment is that the work can be done. My bid is based on a 8-9 hours man-effort. This does not include any on-going running cost as indicated above. I propose that we have a initial discussion on your requirements.
