custom livechat platform

Greetings We are looking at building a livechat platform same as livechat inc dot com. The website must have all the features and functions of livechat inc dot com and multi-lingual too. We'll have some more features added on top of the livechat inc dot com's current feature list which we'll discuss with successful candidates. All code must be well commented and documented. All rights must be ours. You may not refer to this project in your online portfolio or use it as a reference for others. We'll pay per milestone only and there needs to be 6 milestones each containing major updates and must be well documented before start. The timeline is 28 days. Please just send me major custom work done if not similar. Please do not bid unless you are extremely familiar with all the features/functions of livechat inc dot com.
