Creating a broadcasting live streaming site

We are aiming to launch a new broadcasting live streaming and videocontent site. The objective is to have multiple streamers with their own channels for each sign-up and have elements that allow them to customize their channel and with features like live-chat, video conferencing etc Knowledge in WebRTC. Backend: PHP, Java or Node.js. For frontend side, we need someone to code on Javascript, HTML and CSS. The site should also have the following features -Advanced search tools with Refine Search, local search -Photo and video upload features -Category/subcategory system -User registration system -Privacy Mail for streamers and posters -well-optimized both for web and mobile visitors -Online admin control panel -Supports payments thru AMSprocessing -Customized database fields -Custom Multimedia File Uploads -Automatic Currency Formatting
