Hello Friend, I have working experience of fetching emails from account and saving them in database. We need to set a cron job file which will execute per minute and check whether there is any new email in account. If found we can use PHP IMAP function to fetch email. IMAP function needs three parameters hostname, email and password. Hostname is simply vary for each mail server provide r. I am aware about Gmail, Hotmail and yahoo hostname. For others, we can get hostname by having a conversation with support of mail server provider. If you want I can even create a demo of it so you can have basic idea.
