We're looking for a developer to create a PHP API class that would connect to the Ethereum blockchain using [login to view URL] or any similar alternative and would have the following functionality: 1) Create a new Wallet based on an existing Contract usiung the Infura API 2) Create a signed transaction and send it to the Infura API The calls would be made from a system that manages wallets and their balances, for these actions we would provide the wallet address and the wallet password.
