Create a new module for users to paint different sections in pictures

We are looking for a developer for a long term collaboration. The first task will be creating a new module on our online platform for students as a test: tasks of this project include: 1) they can paint their own rocket, when click a specific section of the rocket, they can only draw or paint on the specific section. If they draw outside the section, it won't have any effect on it so that they don't mess up the rocket. 2) they can change the colour of the rocket flame 3) when the rocket moves, show the flame stretched out then disappear (when it stops) 4) module background: a rocket ship factory 5) In single player mode, it will show their own rocket instead of the default dark blue rocket. If they don't paint their own rocket, then it will be all white. 6) In multi-player mode: students can choose their own rocket or other colors of rockets 7) change single/ multi-player mode rocket in all quiz modules (basic, phonics, grammar, dictation) **All necessary pictures (rocket, factory background) will be provided after our designer finishes them.**
