Codeigniter CRM/Project Management system upgrade and maintenance

We are using a CRM system developed in Codeigniter we use for Project Management.
We need to enlarge the system capabilities, adding more features for process control and daily work schedule. If we are happy with the work we could continue with infinite modifications, adding RRHH extended capabilities, etc.
We are loking for a capable Codeigniter developer which would be able to fully understand the base product, and cleanly add new capabilities in a functional and mantainable way. It would be required to have advanced skills to manipulate the calendar view, and some graphs. Also it would be required to add some advanced UI functionality like drag and drop tools. So good frontend capabilities are also needed - HTML, CSS, JS, JS libraries.
We are looking for someone with nice UX knowledge so his work would excel.
Code must be committed daily. Code must include tests.
Initial requirements are estimated to about 40h, but if the work is excellent, the project will for sure be continued from several months to a year. We need committed professionals with minimum 40h/week availability.
