chrome extension

Need a simple chrome extenstion that lets me select a part of a page to monitor for changes and notify me by playing a sound if the numbers change. Its a page with numbers that updates automatically without the page reloading. Need to get notify if the selected number changes. Need to be able to add a sound in the settings and select areas to monitor.. it should look for changes every 1 second without reloading the page.
