Change of Wordpress theme for our Waitfashion blog (theme bought by us) + Spam check and elimination

We need to refresh our blog theme for our wordpress bilingual fashion blog [login to view URL] We want to pass from old theme: [login to view URL] with a new theme created by the same company who created actual theme. This is the theme we want to add: GRAND MAGAZINE theme: [login to view URL] - we wil buy the new theme GRAND MAGAZINE (cost is for us) - we are looking for someonE to apply it in a smooth way preserving existing contents, post url, photos and customize it according to exisiting information and also updating some (we need a new page with 'work with us' and a new page 'who we are'.) - we already have an idea of the style we want to apply from various options offered by theme:. home: grid 2 coloumns è right sidebar, Instagram Photostream, connection with our Mailchimp account - we need to preserve existing and working plugins (and update them when needed) - we want to add a horizontal full-width carousel of pictures of products with price to connect them with other portal: www.shopenauer.com.
