cash drawer no come out with termal receipt printer

i i have cash drawer that is connected to termal receipt Printer. normally when we print termal receipt Printer, the cash drawer come out together (in accordance with "device setting" of profile printer). the problem is that when i do test print, the cash drawer come out normally, but when i use my website to print, the cash drawer does not come out. i i sure that it is related to php core codes which are needed to instruct the cash drawer to come out together with termal receipt print out
