bulk email web application

Hello freelancers i have a site [login to view URL] and i want my registered users to have to option to send bulk emails. the specifications are : 1)People can upload excel sheet containing names and email id and save it for future use. 2) when any person will start making a campaign he will get option to choose email list from previous list which are already saved or he can upload a new list at save time and he will get option that he want o save it for future use or not. 3)there should be some pre-loaded templates and customer can choose any one from those templates. (You can check the mailchimp account for detials that how there template section works_ 4) Same as in the mailchimp we need "report section" also where customer can check reports and stats for each campaign like how many emails got delivered, how many people have opened the email and how many clicked on the link. Also there should be option to "Unsubscribe to our mailing list" for the person to whom we are sending email. 5) there should be option for scheduling emails. like i am creating campaign today but i want to schedule it to be send after 1 day so i can do this easily though scheduling option. 6) under the preloaded templates people can easily upload images, setup social media buttons etc etc as most of people who will use our software will be from non IT background
