To Freelancer! This project was previously published to be done in php and mvc however we have decided to have it done in CMS; provided that the following can be achieved. Here is the task details.
1. Create and optimized a logo, [login to view URL] and child template from ireview template using code override.
2. Optimized jreview extension using a well documented developer guide; already purchase.
2.1. Create menus, sub-menus, module position
3. Pull data through Api integration, data scrapping.
4. Provide suggestions when possible for us to accomplish the aim of this project.

You will be provided with the template developer guide.
What we need from the developer.
This is a college/university directory listing website providing aggregated data on different colleges/universities across North America, Europe similar to this: http://colleges[dot][login to view URL] a link for scholarships and African colleges, High School and universities will not be aggregated as there's no data algorithm on this.
Please be advise that there will be 1 or 2 milestones for this project. The agreed final cost will be deposited according to milestones to freelancer and payment will be release once the final product is approved and we are satisfied. Daily update will be required to insure that developer is on track and not wasting time, no other plugins or extensions are to be installed without our approval. You will be required to sign a none disclosure agreement before all materials and licenses for application will be handled over.
We're considering a user point base reward and are open to suggestions. Something similar to jomsocial or easysocial not sure which one of these has point reward.

Please include reference link of previous work completed in joomla. The developer will as well, create all the required menus, directories, listings, sub-directories. I will be available to communicate with the extension/template developer should you require any clarification.
