Build a web-page for me

I am looking for a webpage(single page) for my tech support campaign It will be popup page. Whenever a user tries to exit out of the page a pop-ups will appear randomly thereby making the user unable to close the page. In other words everytime a user tries to exit from the page by click on the close button a popup dialog box will appear and clicking on the dialog box another dialog box will appear and so on. I am looking for someone who can deploy the project within 4-5 hours. Please make sure you shave seen the screenshots and read all my requirements. Its a very simple as I will be giving almost every file for the web-page, all you need to do is modify those files by using javascript or jquery Budget is fixed. A maximum of $60 can be paid. Domain would be provided by us.
