build user interface website for my scraping data in my mssql database -- 2

we scrape data from marketplaces interface everyday and save on mssql database with date ,we want to find a developer who can use this database to develop a user interface website which have feature like below(these data is :product Picture link,product Marketplace link,title,subtitle,price,sold quantity,product circumtance,shipping method,shipping time,seller name,day offer or not,seller rosette,12 months totally review,good review percentage,product’s category); -this user interface website must be responsive,mobile friendly design(user interface website’s all function can use on mobile) -after finish Project ,put user interface website online on our server(our server system is Microsoft server 2012) -if we add new Marketplace data on our database ,it will appear options on our user interface website -edit our database,just keep one year data like this ;next year first day delete previous year’s first day data ,if next year second day delete previous year’s second day data -categories with switch(if switch to“close” will not add this category product to below product list ,if switch to “open” will add this category products to below product list) -filter by min and max price,min and max selling quantity,min and max good review percentage,freeshipping or not,day’s offer or not，seller rosette -seller search bar -product title search bar -all product listing with Picture ,title ,subtitle,price,sold quantity,product circumtance,freeshipping or not,shipping date,seller name,12 months totally review quantity,day’s offer or not,seller rosette -if Mouse come over sold quantity on product list ,appear that product sold quantity by days for a year with grafic -if Mouse come over on product price on product list ,appear that product price by days for a year with grafic -if click on product title on product list ,it will transfer to product link in Marketplace website -product list must have“ big to small“ feature for every section -user login management
