Build a small online database that communicates with TSheets

We are a 5 employee manufacturing business that is looking to improve our time/project tracking system. Currently we use a Microsoft Access program. We would like to integrate [login to view URL] for a better payroll system, and then build a new database online.
The database would pull the hours worked out of TSheets. The database would update the Job list so TSheet employees could only clock in to Jobs that were not closed.
The database would be based on Jobs, grouped together by Projects.
I don't know a lot about databases so I will explain the project in a way I think is best but feel free to change the layout if you think that would make more sense.
There would be a Jobs table. Job(unique); Project; DueDate; Status; Jobdescription
Project table. Project(unique); Customer; Projectdescription; Projectduedate
Customer table. Customer(unique); ??
Table to contain time info retrieved from TSheets. Employee; Date; ClockIn; ClockOut; Job; Description; Hours(calculated field?)
UI
We would like 1 view showing Jobs, sorted by status, with the total hours and an editable status.
1 view showing Projects. Projects that have 1 or more uncompleted Jobs would at the top of the list. Clicking on the Project would show a pop up with all associated Jobs.
