Build a plug-in for WHMCS

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using PHP. I need a plug-in for WHMCS to integrate multitenant billing with either GCP, AWS or Azure. WHMCS has made available a sample provisioning plug-in in their GitHub; [login to view URL] I need customers to be able to buy cloud resources. For now only a compute instance would be sufficient. Customers need to be able to configure this compute instance just like they would on the platform itself. Choose, disk or SSD, size of disk, location of engine, SSH keys, etc, etc. WHMCS should retrieve the pricing information for the chosen configuration. Admin side should be able to should a markup per compute instance in percentages. Admin public key should always be added to any compute instance. Admin should see all instances and have full control. After user bought and paid for a configuration he should see the machine listed with details like location, IP address, OS. User should have full control over instance, start/stop/restart. This project is for a small starting Webhosting company. We'd like to offer cloud to our customers without investing loads of cash in infrastructure. In the near future, after we have our first customers we'll be adding more and more features to this plug-in until all features of the 3 major cloud providers are included.
