Build a multi-vendor multi-category Majento Marketplace

Hi, I need to build a multi-vendor multi-category majento marketplace with the features mentioned in the attachment: Multi Vendor Multi Category Marketplace Overview: The Vendors will be able to add and manage their products, order, and shipping. This concept allows the customers to buy the products from various vendors using the single cart. The customers can also provide the feedback and rating based on vendor product/service. Also, the customers can easily communicate with the seller, they can send messages for more information about products, warranties, shipping, & returns. Features of Multi Vendor Marketplace: Below mentioned are some of the features that need to incorporated; full details will be discussed upon finalization of the freelancer.
