build a magento webshop

We are looking for a global webshop that can work for many countries, especially our subsidiaries and Germany. We need help with a holistic approach to this and also need help with how to best set up with payment solutions etc.
PSD files will be provided- they are not ready yet. Webshop should be made in RWD.
Our current webshop is built in wordpress and when an order is made, an email is sent to our customer support who manually place the order in our financial system (monitor), and then the customer pays via dibs who we then get paid from. There is some manual work and of course it is good to avoid this. However, it is no big sales we have in our shop today but the larger piece of web sales we think can be in Germany or Holland.
We have subsidiaries in the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, Australia, and head office in Sweden. Primarily, we want to sell walkers who are our own products but it is also relevant to expand the range with much more. As a first step a webshop in Germany, Holland, Canada and Sweden is most interesting but we want one that we can expand easily if needed, preferrably totally globally so that anyone can buy from anywhere. However, we have a warehouses in Holland, Sweden and Canada, but not in Germany. Their, we think that we can run from Dutch warehouse.
So, a webshop with 4 different stock-languages: Dutch, Swedish, German and English are relevant right now.
Migation of products, clients and archived orders is not necessary.
We will provide all required translations.

- Monitor ERP (Sweden and export)
- Inventory management: Schenker Logistics, warehousing (Sweden + export)
- Visma account view (Netherlands) (warehouse, the same)
- Sage 3000 (USA + Canada) (the same for warehouse)
