For example: * Who will administer the users for the system ("Multiple User Logins")? * Will the meter connection number be a free entry, or a selection from a list? * If the meter connection number comes from a list, who will be responsible for administering these numbers or how will the list be built? * Will all users be allowed to export the Excel data.
