Buddypress activity feed customisation

I building a website, and I need 2 customisations for my buddypress activity feed. 1. I need a code I can put in my [login to view URL], that excludes specific user_roles (role) AND (role && role) from being shown in the overall activity feed. The activity has to only be visible for site-admin and user.
