Bootstrap: CS:GO Market Analytics/ Trading Site

Looking for a full stack developer for a large CS:GO project built with Bootstrap. The site will have 4 sections, Trading, Investing, Database, Price Checks. Each section will have a few pages. Most of the information will be repeated throughout the site such as user details and things within that nature. Total Pages: 17-23 FIRM Budget: $1,500 Yii Framework (Current Site is running with Yii for the Database etc. You can change it to what you would like if it doe not cut lot of time) Deadline: Launch in Beta mode with part of the site done then we can slowly push updates. We have a site already in the works however we had to let go of the previous developer as he was not up to speed. We're looking for a person who has worked with CS:GO before to speed up the process. Fully detailed mock ups and documents will be provided for step-by-step guides for what what every single page need to look like and the features it has. We already have the Steam login and semi-functional CS:GO items database. You'll be using a few APIs to achieve the required functionalities. YOU WILL NOT START FROM SCRATCH. You'll be using a Bootstrap theme and frontend design is crucially important and is part of the reason we let go of the previous dev as he couldn't replicate the Photoshop mock ups to par. We have an item database of almost all CS:GO items however there are additional items need to be added, fixes to be done, and pages to be added. We want a developer that can do both design and backend very well as we'll be working on a large project.
